- Cash customers must include a $300.00 cash deposit for damages and incidentals.
- The maximum number of cribs, extra beds, and children allowed in existing beds an vary depending on the option booked and availability is limited.
- Roll-away bed fee is $15.00 per day. Cribs are complimentary.

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed at $40.00 per stay (up to 5 days). Additional charges may apply for more dogs and additional days.
